Joint-space keyframes, not a canned video: the arm folds down to reach straight to the floor, closes the gripper on a part, lifts, turns on its base to the crate in front of you, lowers the part in, opens, and then repeats the whole thing in reverse to lift it back out and return it, shuttling the same part back and forth forever. Motion eases in and out at each stop instead of moving at constant speed, the way a real robot's motion controller does.
